I recently had a great experience with Hans Heating and Air. How quickly they were able to get to us was much appreciated in this hot month of August! Cash, the technician, was outstanding—professional, thorough, and efficient. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my HVAC system, did a full tune-up, and got everything running smoothly in no time. The service was prompt, and I was really relieved to get cooled down right away. I was so impressed that I decided to sign up for their membership plan, which includes maintenance twice a year. I highly recommend Hans Heating and Air for their excellent service. Five stars!

I called Han's Heating & Air last Thursday and James came out the same day to provide assistance. My a/c unit went completely out and he went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. They came out on today (Monday) and installed my new system. I am very pleased with their customer service. To go above and beyond to get me air was amazing.

We experienced complete failure of our air system, beginning with a leak in the air handler in the attic, and eventually the compressor and fan in the outside unit.  Zac and Braxton were the consummate professionals, especially removing and replacing the unit in the attic in the 100 degree heat!!  And, responding to the outside unit failure after hours to keep the young family comfortable for the night, until the unit replacement   could be completed the next day.  Outstanding service and professionalism!!!  Thank you so much!!

Our AC stopped working TODAY in the scorching heatwave. Never fear, as HHAC was responsive (same day) with two professional technicians, Cash and Sawyer, who found the problem and fixed it quickly.  They could not have been more helpful and were very pleasant as well.  Great service all!

I had Hans Heating & Air Conditioning come out for servicing out units today. I was very impressed by their professional service. They were very thorough, spent an extended amount of time inspecting everything and explained everything to me like it should be. Very satisfied by their service.

We have used Hans Heating & Air for a number of years. They were recommended to us by a friend when we were new to the area. They have always been honest, professional and reliable. When our AC died 8 years ago, they were honest and said that our inside unit was only 3 years old and didn't have to be replaced. So they just replaced the needed section and saved us thousands. We have them do preventative maintenance twice a year. Have never had any problems. They are on time, friendly and very thorough. Highly recommend.

Shane went over to the home identified the problem. We needed a new unit Monday morning they showed up took the old one out and installed it. Excellent service.

We used Hans to fix some previous issues with our A/C unit so when it started having issues again, they were the company that I called. Becky #1 went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot the issue before sending someone out to my house. My husband was at work and I was not sure what to do. She walked me through the steps and I'm so thankful for her helpfulness and friendliness! We asked for a tech to come out and Jay came to our home. He was professional and friendly too! After he left, we had one additional question and called after business hours. We asked the answering service if Jay could call us back and he did within 5 minutes. We ended replacing our unit. It was replaced by Chris and Zach. These guys were super friendly and knowledgable. We will never use another A/C company besides Hans. Thanks Hans! You're the best around!
